How do I add a new product?
Go to the Products page, tap the "+" button at the bottom right, fill in the product details including name, price, brand, and upload images, then tap Save.
How do I track my orders?
Navigate to the Orders page from the bottom navigation. You'll see all orders with their current status. Tap on any order to view detailed tracking information and payment status.
How do I change my password?
Go to More > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Change Password to update it.
What do the different order statuses mean?
Pending: Order received, awaiting processing.
Confirmed: Order confirmed and being prepared.
Shipped: Order dispatched and in transit.
Delivered: Order successfully delivered to customer.
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled.

How do I manage brands?
Only Super Admins can manage brands. Go to More > Brands to add, edit, or delete brands. Each brand can be assigned to specific admins for management.
What are commissions and how do they work?
Commissions are earnings calculated based on completed orders. Go to More > Commissions to view your commission history. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of order values and tracked per agent/staff member.
How do I export data to Excel?
Go to More > Excel Export. Select the data type you want to export (products, orders, commissions), apply any filters if needed, and tap the Export button to download the Excel file.
Can I delete products or orders?
Yes, authorized users can delete products from the Products page. Orders can be cancelled but not deleted to maintain transaction history. Only Super Admins have full deletion permissions.
How do notifications work?
You'll receive real-time notifications for new orders, payment confirmations, and system updates. Access them by tapping the bell icon in the top right of the Dashboard. You can mark notifications as read individually or all at once.
